Southside of Rarotonga have a minimum 3-night stay requirement.
Check In/Check Out Times:
Our check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am.
Please note, Early check in and Late Check out service is subject to availability.
If available, early check-in (from 6am to 2pm) and late check-out (up to 6pm) costs 50% of nightly rate.
Transfers:

We do require 20% deposit 30 days prior to arrival. The balance is due upon arrival.

- 31+ days before arrival date FOC
- 30 – 15 days prior to arrival 25% of total accommodation
- 14 – 1 days prior to arrival 50% of total accommodation
- Within 24 hours & No Show 100% of total accommodation
Customer Care Covid-19 policy
We will waive any cancellation or amendment fees for any bookings that need to be changed or cancelled due to Government border restrictions or ill health (medical certificate essential), resulting from Covid-19.
For all other arrival dates, existing cancellation policies remain in place.
International Dateline:
Due to crossing the International Dateline, most flights from Australia and New Zealand arrive the day before they depart. Please ensure your accommodation dates meet your arrival and departure requirements.
Travel Insurance Recommendation:
We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate Travel Insurance to protect you against unforeseen advents, including but not limited to cancellation and/ or curtailment of travel due to natural disasters such as cyclones or similar events.
Cook Islands Visitor Requirements:
All visitors must hold valid tickets for their return journey to a port of origin or next port of destination and passports valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay (From 30 August 2010, New Zealand (NZ) and Australian passport holders may also travel to the Cook Islands without seeking authority from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration provided their passports are valid for at least seven days beyond their intended period of stay in the Cook Islands.)

Deposit payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or Bank Transfer. (Please note there are Bank Fees incured when paying by Bank Transfer and a 4% Admin fee for Credit Card Payments).
